BMWS was Incorporated on March 15, 1976, as Non-Profit Corporation. Our water has been purchased from the Town of Delhi since its existence. The Louisiana Department of Health strictly enforces the Safe Drinking Water Program. While these guidelines require a fair amount of our time, it is imperative for the health and safety of our customers like you.
